Walk Through the Open Door

I know your deeds. See, I have set before you an open door which no one is able to shut, for you have a little power, and have kept My word, and have not renounced or denied My name.

Revelation 3:8 (AMP)

You are entering a new season of your life. Can you feel it? It is a time of new beginnings. The Lord is opening doors for you, but you must enter through them to experience something that has not existed before in your life. Expect the Lord to present you with never-before opportunities for blessings. When the Lord opens a door, no man can shut it. But remember, though the door is open, you can pass it by because you are afraid to walk through it. Do not let the spirit of bondage keep you from moving forward on an unfamiliar path.

Stop reading the past chapters of your life where disappointment and grief overwhelmed you. Before you were born, God wrote a book about you, and it is full of His goodness. The sin of this imperfect world, which includes our mortal bodies, can make life very difficult for us all. God’s will is to bless you in all things and give you an abundant life. Close your past accounts, release forgiveness to anyone who offended you, and move ahead.

Have you heard Jesus’ knock on the door of your heart? His knock is His voice. Experience all the Lord has for you in this year of the open door and make a new start with Christ. Open your heart, and He will reach into your presence to commune with you. He does not come in to accuse but to talk and walk with you. Jesus desires the pleasure of your company.
