You’re Invited

Then the angel showed me a river with the water of life, clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb (Revelation 22:1 NLT).

Heaven is a real place. If you want to know what it is like, imagine earth with no sin — a planet with no pollution, zero filth, poverty, and heartache. There is a river that runs through it. Its streams make glad the city of God.

You may have read about people who have died and experienced heaven for themselves. They returned to testify of its indescribable beauty. Some who came back have said they have seen their family members, friends, and their beloved pets. Jesus walked through fields of flowing grass with them and showed them the crystal river of life, surrounded by the colors of the rainbow.

There is only one way for you to see heaven. The door to heaven is Jesus Christ He is the only way possible to get there. Apostle Paul described how he visited heaven. He spoke of his personal experience of God, catching him up and showing him the glory and mysteries of heaven.

Jesus invites us to come to Him. The Bride of Christ beckons you, and the Holy Spirit says come. Look up for your redemption draws near. The Lord is your glory and lifts your head to show you the way home. The Kingdom of God is within you, so you don't have to die to experience it. Set your affections on the things above and think of all that heaven is. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you the glory that awaits you, and by His grace, He will.
